This policy explains how WNC Education handles personal information when you use wnc-edu.com, the WNC CRM Content Studio, and connected services.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile details, learning activity, support messages, purchase and subscription status, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Payment providers process payment-card information; WNC Education does not store full card numbers.
TikTok integration
If you connect TikTok, TikTok provides an account identifier, basic profile information, authorization tokens, and publishing permissions you approve. We use them only to connect your account and upload or publish content that you explicitly select in WNC Content Studio. You can revoke access in TikTok or ask us to disconnect the integration.
How we use information
We use information to provide learning tools, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, publish user-directed social content, improve reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and processors
We share information only with service providers needed to run WNC Education, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, communication, and connected social-platform providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual and legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, subject to applicable law. You may also withdraw connected-platform authorization and manage optional analytics choices.
Children
WNC Education is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country. We do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization.
International use and updates
Service providers may process information in other countries under appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the revised date on this page.
