These terms govern your use of WNC Education websites, learning products, premium tools, CRM Content Studio, and connected publishing features.
Using WNC Education
You may use WNC Education for lawful learning, practice, content creation, and account-authorized publishing. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape or overload systems, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, or publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized content.
Learning content
Programming exercises, explanations, assessments, and automated feedback are educational resources and may contain errors. You remain responsible for independently checking results before relying on them in academic, professional, or production settings.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Payments and applicable refunds are handled according to checkout terms and mandatory consumer law. Access may continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Connected platforms and publishing
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, or another platform, you authorize WNC Education to perform only the actions you initiate or schedule. Your use remains subject to that platform’s terms, policies, permissions, and review requirements. You are responsible for captions, media, rights, disclosures, and publishing choices.
Intellectual property
WNC Education and its original software, branding, interface, and educational materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit it to provide requested features.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WNC Education is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, platform decisions, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, connected platforms, or legal compliance. We may update these terms as features and laws change; continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
